Gerekli İş Bilgisi

• Temel İngilizce hakimiyeti opsiyoneldir.
• İyi iletişim becerisi ve olumlu tutum.
• Temel Yiyecek ve İçecek bilgisi şartı aranır.
• Kendi başına verimli çalışan kendini motive eden çalışan olmalıdır.
• Beş yıldızlık otel standartları ve hizmet teknikleri bilgisi.
• İş alanı ve kileri temiz ve düzenli tutar.
• Tepsileri kaldırabilir.

Görev İçeriği

Oteldeki iş arkadaşları, amirleri ve müdürleriyle profesyonel ve saygılı biçimde çalışır. Güçlü ekip oyuncusu olması gerekir. Çalışan ve üniforma prosedürleriyle uyumlu olarak vaktinde işe gelmelidir. Mükemmel ve olumlu hizmet sağlar ve Four Seasons Hotel misafirlerine temiz ortam sunar. Otel mülküne itinayla davranarak kırılmaları en aza indirir. Otelin acil durum prosedürlerini ve durumlarını olgunluk ve profesyonellikle ele alır. Oda servisi masa, tepsi, sandalye, örtü, tabak, bardak ve çatal bıçaklarını hizmet için hazırlamak, boşaltmak ve temizlemek. Misafir koridorlarının hizmet iskelelerinde tepsi, masa ve kalıntı olmamasını sağlamak.  Tüm işle ilgili alanları temiz ve düzenli tutar. Yiyecek ve İçecek maddelerin misafir odalarına götürülmesine yardımcı olur. Tepsi, masa ve Oda servisi istasyonları temizler ve düzenler.
