    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
    • Study design briefs and determine requirements
    • Liaising with suppliers and service providers to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with production specifications
    • Oversee online reputation management by monitoring and ensuring appropriate management of third-party review sites.
    • Manages social media channels, from strategy to content creation, daily channel management and reporting. 
    • Curates relevant and engaging content, telling a story consistent with the outlets and Four Seasons while increasing following and engagement. 
    • Leverages social media channels to amplify key messages and activities, elevating the importance of search as well as strategic and creative communication.
    • Monitor social media conversations relevant to industry, luxury, local, and international markets.
    • Actively manages Four Seasons proprietary website, ensuring alignment with the offering, imagery and business objectives and creative storytelling.
    • Ensure up-to-date information on partner and third-party websites
    • Maintains positive client and media relations through comments and messaging.


    Technical Skills and Knowledge: 

    • Strong sense of quality and a creative mindset
    • Photography and videography project experience and an eye for aesthetic
    • Demonstrated knowledge emerging trends and evolution of social media applications
    • Knowledge of production methods in graphic arts and collateral
    • Computer savvy with Microsoft Office and various design programs including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
    • Creates content in line with the FS brand standards and the aesthetic of the resort’s own social channels

    • Able to deliver under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns at any one time.
    • Able to conceive and implement projects from start to finish, manage processes and expectations, and build commitment to deadlines, both individually or in a matrix structure with multiple managers and indirect stakeholders.
    • Understands R&B, wellness and hospitality marketplaces;
    • Well-informed of market trends and user behaviors,
    • Well-organized, able to set priorities and be detail-oriented.
