The Opportunity: 

Recreation Supervisor (Kids for All Seasons) 

Who We Look For: 

We are looking for an individual who can provide leadership support for Explorer Island, our recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool , Splash Zone , Lazy River , and The Drop . Dry out over a game of beach volleyball, shoot hoops, or get your gaming fix at The Hideout . Our complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island. 

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise the daily operations of the Kids for All Seasons (KFAS) activity program.  
  
  
• Assist the Recreation Assistant Manager by innovating, enhancing systems, and procedures to improve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and employee engagement within recreation.  
  
  
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse KFAS team with empathy and patience, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and adaptability.  
  
  
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing various in-house group events, pool events, and festive/holiday activities, ensuring seamless integration with the overall guest experience at the resort.  
  
  
• Work in tandem with other departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated experience for guests, particularly during events and special activities.  
  
  
• Consistently evaluate and refine KFAS operations to uphold the highest standards of safety and guest satisfaction in partnership with the Recreation Assistant Manager.  
  
  
• Responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations for the pool in the absence of the Recreation Assistant Manager.   
  
  
• Assist the Assistant Manager in ensuring all staff adhere to all Four Seasons standards, inventory, scheduling and meal breaks. 
  
  

Minimum Qualifications: 

• Prior experience supervising children’s programs, with a strong focus on creating engaging and enjoyable experiences.  
  
  
• Proven ability to lead with positivity, empathy, and a service-oriented approach, capable of inspiring and motivating team members.  
  
  
• Experience in planning and executing events, with the ability to handle unexpected challenges and changes.  
  
  
• Exceptional ability in managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and maintaining organization in a dynamic environment.  
  
  
• Skilled in adapting to changing circumstances, diverse guest needs, and managing stress effectively. 
  
  
• Experience working outside in a resort setting  
  
  
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. 
  
  
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. 
  
  
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. 
  
  
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. 
  
  

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.
