The Opportunity:

Four Seasons Residence Club, Scottsdale at Troon North is looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor who will be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping team to ensure that back of the house areas, guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to exacting Four Seasons standards. This role will help the Assistant Director of Housekeeping with the room assignments for Room Attendants and Houseman, assist laundry circulation logistics, inventory and ordering. This position will also clean and inspect rooms as needed for the business levels of the operation.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

· In conjunction with the Assistant Director of Housekeeping, supports the Residence Club operation by ensuring room attendants and housemen are informed of traces and daily projects and housekeeping assignments are done in a timely manner for morning and turndown services.

· Ensure Housekeeping team responds to the guest requests promptly within the 10-15 minute standard.

· Monitors the performance of Housekeeping employees ensuring they keep the housekeeping closets tidy and in a good condition with the proper PAR levels of supplies and linen/terry. Communicate to Residence Club Assistant Managers (MOD) when supplies are low

· Checks cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators and Linen Closets

· Keep a constant communication with laundry department to ensure linen/terry are effectively prioritized.

· Housekeeping Supervisor will be also involved of the training process for house attendants, linen runners and room attendants.

· An essential part of the role is to provide feedback to the staff and when standards have been missed, brings employee back to the room/area to correct the deficiency.

· Coordinates work orders and keep a direct communication with engineering to follow up and ensure work is completed.

· Assist Management with resolving Glitches and following up with guests

Who We Look For:

Ideal candidate will have:

· Previous experience in a similar role in a hotel/resort required (luxury experience preferred)

· Flexible work schedule including weekends (Fridays and Sundays are must)

· Ability to read and speak English in a clear manner ( Spanish language is a plus)

· Must have an eye for detail.

· Ability to delegate.

· Ability to work well in a team environment with a diverse employee population.

· The ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift.

· Previous experience with Opera and Hot SOS preferred.
