The Opportunity: 

In-Casita Dining is Four Seasons Scottsdale’s method of room service!  Our In-Casita Dining Servers accommodate guest needs by delivering orders to casitas in accordance to Four Seasons standards, while providing exceptional knowledge of Food & Beverage menu items.  

Job duties include but are not limited to: 

• Working with the Coordinator to ensure items ordered and quality of production 
  
  
• Transporting/delivering food/drink orders and any special requests to the guest room, 
  
  
• Greeting guest and having superb knowledge of menu items to describe and promote the menu 
  
  
• Breakdown, clean and set-up of room service tables, condiment set-ups, flatware, dishware, and room service side stations.  
  
  

Who We Look For: 

Ideal candidate will have: 

• Previous Food & Beverage experience, hotel/resort experience preferred.  
  
  
• Must be able to learn a menu and be able to creatively and vividly describe items.  
  
  
• Must have flexible schedule with ability to work weekends/holidays and overnight relief shifts.
