Security Officer actively participates in the day-to-day security operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests, personnel and property.

  • Answers phone inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions.
  • Monitors and responds to hotel fire control panel and emergency and safety situations in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Knowledge in Basic first aid and CPR, OPERA, Hot SOS, INTRANET.
  • You will receive and will greet guests and visitors with good morning, afternoon and evening always with good attitude (smiling, friendly body expression). He/She will use the name before the first interaction with the client.
  • Information about events and attractions of interest into the resort.
  • Maintains clear control of calls to doorman in order to inform about guest/visitor access.
  • Attends guest complaints and gives immediate solution, through the “problem solving” procedure
  • Remains in the assigned position keeping good posture.
  • Must be also respond for any other project assigned to you.
  • Keeping the information of executives, guests, employees and owners with absolute discretion.
  • Management and control of officers' roles during available shifts and positions.
  • Inventory control and management (Keys audits).
  • Complies with FS category one and category 2 work rules and standards of conduct as set forth EMBARK.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co- workers and supervisors.
  • Knowledge in writing accident reports.
  • Organization and distribution of transport boarding IDs.
  • Reception and sending of internal electronic mails.
  • Management and protection of L&F.
