Operational Excellence:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
Staff Management:
- Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff.
- Monitor and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
Customer Service:
- Uphold the restaurant's commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Address customer concerns and feedback promptly, seeking opportunities to enhance the overall dining experience.
Financial Management:
- Work closely with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Monitor and control operational costs to maximize profitability.
Collaboration:
- Foster positive communication and collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive overall guest experience.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing special events, private dining experiences, and promotional activities.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and consistently maintain a clean and safe environment.
