Operational Excellence:

  • Assist in overseeing daily operations, ensuring all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.


Staff Management:

  • Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of front-of-house staff.
  • Monitor and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.


Customer Service:

  • Uphold the restaurant's commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Address customer concerns and feedback promptly, seeking opportunities to enhance the overall dining experience.


Financial Management:

  • Work closely with the General Manager on budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor and control operational costs to maximize profitability.


Collaboration:

  • Foster positive communication and collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless and cohesive overall guest experience.


Event Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and executing special events, private dining experiences, and promotional activities.


Health and Safety Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and consistently maintain a clean and safe environment.
