Be a part of something truly special! Join the pre-opening team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol as Spa Therapist. This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a Clubhouse event facility.

Be You

The Spa Therapist is an integral member of the Spa, the Spa Therapist position performs body and esthetical treatments according to established Four Seasons and specific treatment protocols and procedures. Exceptional customer service and the understanding of the guests needs is an essential part of this role due to the one-to-one nature of the role.

Education:

  • High school education or equivalent experience
  • Massage Therapist Certification


Experience:

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience in a luxury environment
  • Prior experience in Guest Experience or SPA department is highly desirable


Skills and Abilities:

  • Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment
  • Ability to read and speak and write English and Spanish
  • Certification in alternative Medicine is a plus.
  • Nutrition Knowledge is a plus.
  • Yoga Teacher Certification is a plus  
  • Nail technician Certification is a plus
  • Physiotherapist Certification is a plus
  • Fitness Coach Certification is a plus
  • Understand and familiar with quality standards and service standards of the hotel
  • Highest level of integrity and transparency
  • Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Reasonable problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution skills
  • Work in a safe, prudent and organized manner


Master Your Cratf

  • Comply with all Four Seasons’ policies and procedures.
  • Comply with all the standards stablished for the spa.
  • Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.
  • Report and Collaborate with your Lead therapist and Spa Director.
  • Provide Massage, Facial, Body treatments and any other wellness therapies in our spa, around the pool, in guest suites and any location appropriate.
  • Communicate and adapt to guest preferences and needs and make some suitable recommendation to extend experience after the services.
  • Sale and recommended retail products
  • Ensures Spa Setups and Treatment facilities are ready for service.
  • Support day to day spa operation.
  • Perform side-jobs to support the organization of the operation.
  • Participate to training offer in the spa and the hotel.
  • Monitors treatments product consumption.
