Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is looking for a Dynamic Food and Beverage professional for Managing our restaurant and bar -Terra. An individual who shares our passion for achieving service excellence, exudes creativity and infuses enthusiasm into everything he/she does!

· 4+ years restaurant and bar management (Manager or GM Level). Preferably in a hotel or luxury environment.

· Ability to work evenings, weekends and Holidays

· Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage (wine, beer and spirits)

· Strong business acumen to ensure all expenses are controlled and meeting budget to create strong and innovative revenue generating ideas and maximize profits

Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

What would my job responsibilities be?

· As our General Manager of the Restaurant and Bar you will oversee all restaurant and bar operations.

· The General Manager takes a hands-on approach at times working side by side while ensuring the restaurant and bar is meeting all Four Seasons Standards and food quality.

· Strong ability to be visible during service providing recognition and good public relations in guest concerns or special requests.

· You have a passion for food and beverage. Monitor and assess product and service and keeping up and ahead of event trends and ideas.

· You will ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standard

· Assist in recruitment, interviewing and training team members as well as coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.

· In your leadership role you will Develop employees, fellow managers, and yourself through leading daily pre shift briefings and leading/attending/facilitating other food, beverage, and service trainings

· You create a successful restaurant and bar by guiding daily restaurant service, implementing and enforcing policies for consistent quality product and excellent service in all meal periods in the bar and restaurant

· You achieve your goals by ensuring food and beverage revenues and costs of goods sold are in line with budget by monitoring menu costing and accuracy, partnering with the culinary team to offer appropriate enhancement to food menus, managing beverage program to align with corporate mandates and local/national trends, as well as maintaining a robust employee salesmanship program

· You lead by example, considering the golden rule in all interactions with staff, peers, guests and vendors.
