Reporting to the Senior Captain / Restaurant Supervisor, Host/Hostess is the first point of contact for guests,
responsible for welcoming them, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements in the dining
area.
The role is crucial in setting the tone for the guest experience, ensuring that guests feel valued and are seated
promptly.
The Host/Hostess also works closely with the service and kitchen teams to manage the flow of guests during
service.
Provide a friendly, professional and warm welcome and effective farewell to all guests ensuring maximum guest
satisfaction that complies with company and Brand standards

EDUCATION AND
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in Customer Service
TECHNICAL
SKILLS
Familiarity with reservation systems and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
PEOPLE
SKILLS
Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
Strong Customer Service orientation and Customer Service skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations diplomatically
Ability to multitask and manage busy periods with grace and professionalism
Attention to detail in guest preferences and special requests
A warm and welcoming demeanor to create a positive first impression
