The Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski St. Moritz is expanding its culinary portfolio with an extraordinary highlight: Neora is the first modern Greek restaurant to open in the Engadin. To strengthen our creative culinary team, we are looking for you as a motivated and dynamic Demi-Chef de Partie to open our Greek restaurant Neora from the coming winter season 2025/2026.

* Daily mise en place for Neora Restaurant's Greek dishes
* Preparation and presentation of dishes for your position
* Compliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen
* Compliance with, development and co-design of recipes
* Shared responsibility for proper food storage in accordance with HACCP guidelines

* Completed training as a chef and professional experience in an upscale 5-star gastronomic establishment
* First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
* Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
* Professional competence, creativity and attention to detail, as well as very high quality awareness
* Structured and organised way of working
* Great interest in team-oriented work
* Very good knowledge of German and English
