As Facility Manager, you shall be possess a high level of property maintenance knowledge. The position has overall responsibility for maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Accountable for managing the budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Develops and implements strategies that will deliver products and services, which meet or exceed the needs and expectations of guests and employees while maximizing the financial performance. Responsible for maintaining standards and regulatory requirements. Leads the emergency response team for all facility issues.
With a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and leadership, you'll help ensure an efficient and effective hotel that delivers a positive experience for every guest.
Key Tasks:
Develop and achieve; annual budgets, facilities scores and cost management index.
Lead, manage and supervise day to day operations of related division
Ensuring Brand Standard compliance
Managing human resource activities of the department
Manages heat, light and power cost and implements green initiatives throughout the hotel.
Managing compliances to standards, local & federal guidelines.
- 5 Million Yen to 8 Million Yen per Annum

Su di te
Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Mechanical Engineering, Building & Construction or related professional area
A minimum of 6 years experience in engineering, maintenance or related professional area in a hotel
Preferred:
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Japan Work Experience is a must
