We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to join our team as Front Office Manager.

As Front Office Manager, you shall be responsible for all front office functions and staff. Areas of responsibility include Bell Staff, Switchboard Operations, Guest Services/Front Desk and Retail/Gift Shop, as applicable. As a department head, directs and works with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations, including guest arrival and departure procedures. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.

With a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and leadership, you'll help ensure a seamless and positive experience for every guest of the hotel.

Key Tasks:

 Leading guest services team
 Maintaining guest services and rooms operation goals specific to Front Desk
 Ensuring exceptional customer service
 Lead, manage and supervise day to day operations of related division
 Ensuring Brand Standard compliance
 Managing human resource activities of the department
 Develop and achieve; annual budgets, guest satisfaction scores and cost management index.
  • 5 Million Yen to 8 Million Yen per Annum
  • Benefits:  Gross remuneration range between 5 Million YEN to 8 Million YEN /per annum  Medical coverage & accident insurance  Staff rates at eligible hotels  Local transport allowance

Su di te

Education and Experience:

 Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related professional area
 A minimum of 5 years experience in Guest Services Manager in a hotel

Preferred:

 Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
 Japan Work Experience an added advantage
