As Purchasing Manager, you shall be responsible for following established procedures in ordering, receiving, storing, distributing and payment of items. Formulates an approved vendors list encompassing all categories.
With a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills and integrity, you'll help ensure an efficient and effective cost management operations within our business.
Key Tasks:
Managing Work, Projects, Policies, and Standards for Purchasing Across Departments
Demonstrating and Applying Accounting Knowledge to Purchasing Operations
Develop and achieve; annual budgets and cost management index.
Lead, manage and supervise day to day operations of purchasing operations
Ensuring audit compliance
Developing Tender/ Bid documents
Source quality produce and products align to brand expectations
- 5 Million Yen to 8 Million Yen per Annum

Su di te
Bachelors degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, Business or related professional area
A minimum of 5 years experience in hotels or related professional area in a hotel
Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
Japan Work Experience is a must
