Chef Kris De Roy, Belgian Mastercook, is known for his creative and vegetable-forward cuisine, combining contemporary techniques with one essential philosophy: pure flavour above all.

Hofke van Bazel has been awarded both a Michelin Star and a Michelin Green Star, is a member of the renowned Alliance Gastronomique, and is ranked among the Top 100 Best Vegetable Restaurants in the World by We’re Smart Guide.

We are currently looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chef de Partie to strengthen our kitchen team.

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Chef Kris De Roy and the kitchen team, taking responsibility for your own section
2. Contribute creatively and passionately to the high culinary standards of our fine dining restaurant
3. Embrace new culinary challenges and continuously strive for excellence

Profile

1. You have several years of experience in high-level or fine dining kitchens
2. You have a genuine passion for gastronomy and set high standards for yourself
3. You remain calm under pressure, are disciplined and a true team player
4. Power & drive define your personality
5. You are ambitious, flexible and highly motivated by the culinary profession

Working Schedule

Monday & Tuesday are our closing days • Possibility of a 4-day working week
