A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD EXPEDITOR AT THE HOLIDAY INN BLACKPOOL
We are looking for someone with exceptional organizational skills, and a real passion for food, to be a food expeditor at the Holiday Inn Blackpool & Marcos New York Italian. Previous experience is essential and a calm demeanour under pressure a must.
What you can expect working as a Food Expeditor will involve:
- Clear communication with the Chef on the pass to ensure that food goes out in a timely manner.
- Attention to detail to make certain that food is to the standard of quality expected in a celebrity chef restaurant.
- A vital link between front of house and back of house to ensure the smooth running of a busy shift.
- Able to handle pressure and communicate effectively with the Chef, food runners, and servers.
