Au sein de l’Hôtel Métropole, actuellement en pleine réinvention, notre équipe au savoir-faire aiguisé recherche son futur Chef de rang !
Vous appréciez les ambiances feutrées et cosy mais également des environnements vibrants d’animation ? Vous êtes reconnu pour votre service toujours personnalisé, soigné et chaleureux avec vos clients ? Vous êtes convaincu qu’un travail de qualité ne peut être accompli qu’en équipe ? Alors votre place est avec nous en restauration.
Vous savez mener plusieurs tâches de front sans faire de compromis sur la qualité du service et de la relation avec les clients, et votre expérience l’a démontré à de nombreuses reprises. Vous êtes rigoureux, ouvert d’esprit et dynamique. Vous vous exprimez aussi bien en Français que dans la langue de Shakespeare. Des voyageurs du monde entier peuvent se retrouver chez nous, la maîtrise d’une 3ème langue est donc un plus très apprécié.
Rattaché au responsable du point de vente, vous serez principalement en charge de :
• Veiller au bon déroulement du service sur l’ensemble des tables sous votre responsabilité
• Effectuer la mise en place des tables, le dressage, le service et le débarrassage
• Connaître et maîtriser toutes les techniques de présentation
• S’assurer de la satisfaction des clients, effectuer l’addition et l’encaissement
• Connaître parfaitement la carte et être à même de conseiller les clients
• Assurer le relais entre la cuisine et la salle
• Appliquer et travailler l’upselling sur chaque commande
