Night auditor !

Travailler à la réception, c’est travailler au cœur même de nos hôtels. C’est encore plus vrai la nuit car à cela se rajoute le fait de veiller au calme et à la sécurité de tous.

En contact avec nos clients que cela soit pour une arrivée tardive ou un départ matinal, votre excellent relationnel fera la différence. OPERA n’a plus de secrets pour vous et vous éditez les rapports et réalisez les travaux de clôture journaliers comme personne. Vous savez que la nuit il faut être adaptable et polyvalent et c’est ce que vous appréciez d’ailleurs. Vous vous exprimez aussi bien en Français que dans la langue de Shakespeare. Nos clients venant des quatre coins du monde, la maîtrise d’une 3ème langue est évidemment un plus.

En tant que Night Auditor, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

• Réaliser les check-in et les check-out selon nos standards de service.

• Assurer l’accueil de l’établissement pendant la nuit et veiller à la qualité des prestations offertes aux clients.

• Assurer les clôtures journalières et élaborer les rapports comptables et les statistiques.

• Être capable de gérer des plaintes clients, savoir faire preuve de calme et diplomatie envers les clients.

• Garantir le calme et la sécurité au sein de l’établissement.

• Veiller aux mouvements des entrées et des sorties pour garantir un haut niveau de sécurité dans l’hôtel.

• Participer activement à l’optimisation des ventes par l’upsell.

• Prendre les commandes Room Service et assurer la préparation et le service.

• Répondre aux différentes demandes housekeeping.

La routine n’existe pas dans l’hôtellerie ! C’est pourquoi la liste de ces missions n’est pas exhaustive.
