Cosa comprende il lavoro
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una receptionist che possa affiancarsi al nostro team nella gestione degli Ospiti e contribuire a rendere memorabile il loro soggiorno.
Sono richieste:
- perfetta conoscenza della lingua italiana ed inglese (eventuali altre lingue saranno un plus)
- disponibilità a lavorare su turni (compresi domenica e festivi)
- flessibilità
- spiccate doti interpersonali
- capacità di lavorare in team
- conoscenza utilizzo PMS e gestione mail
- esperienza nel settore di almeno 6 mesi
In particolare la figura che stiamo cercando si occuperà di: accoglienza clienti, operazioni di check-in e check-out, gestione Ospiti, gestione corrispondenza, mail e prenotazioni.
