The 430-room luxury resort Grand Hyatt The Red Sea on Shura Island will occupy a prime position within the innovative tourist development by the Red Sea. Grand Hyatt The Red Sea will be the second Grand Hyatt hotel in the Kingdom and the seventh Grand Hyatt hotel in the Middle East, marking an important milestone in Hyatt’s growth strategy in the region. The property will be designed to reflect the bold and vibrant luxury synonymous with the Grand Hyatt brand, featuring sophisticated design, materials and decor inspired by the iconic elements present in the destination.
Our second Hyatt property on the Red Sea, Miraval The Red Sea, will introduce the wellness brand’s signature mindfulness-based wellness practices to a new corner of the world, empowering guests with tools and inspiration to find balance and support their emotional and mental wellbeing. The new Miraval resort will pave the way bringing transformative wellness experiences and the largest spa in the Red Sea destination.

Cluster Director of Human Resources
The Cluster Director of Human Resources will have the oversight of the Human Resources Function for both hotels and will act as a reliable HR business partner to contribute to a successful opening of the properties. They will act as a role model of Hyatt’s purpose and values, and will support the hotels in understanding the brand experiences for colleagues and guests. In this demanding and complex role the Cluster Director of Human Resources will work with an array of different stakeholders across various geographic locations.

Qualifications
- Previous Human Resources experience in a leadership role in Saudi Arabia, preferably with multi-property responsibilities.
