Summary

Guest Relations Manager

Salary: £40,000 + Service Charge

Shift patterns: 5 days a week, including regular weekends

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, will oversee a team of four in the Guest Relations department. Furthermore, you will act as the senior manager on duty in the hotel at weekends, collaborating closely with department heads to ensure exceptional guest experiences across the entire property.

What you will do as Guest Relations Manager

  • Defining and implementing strategies and procedures to enhance the guest experience
  • Create memorable experiences and provide exceptional levels of service through your excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mentoring and coaching the team to ensure maximum engagement with our guests
  • Connect and build rapport with our guests, understand their needs, and make suitable recommendations to elevate their stay
  • Support the Front Office team with the arrivals, check-ins and departures
  • Be an ambassador for Hyatt hotels, promoting our food & beverage outlets and services across our properties
  • Monitor Medallia (our guest relations management platform) and TripAdvisor to drive guest satisfaction
  • Act as a senior manager of duty during weekends, bank holidays and evening shifts
