• Handles guest and employee enquiries in a polite and efficient manner
• Provides a courteous and professional service at all times
• Monitors and performs the daily rotation of Housekeeping stock
• Performs routine cleaning tasks throughout the hotel
• Delivers guest laundry promptly following Park Hyatt Sydney standards
• Assists with moving furniture for special room setups

Qualifications

 

• 1 year experience as houseman/room attendant in a 5 star hotel
• Manual handling ability
• Knowledge of hygiene standards
• Good interpersonal skills
