• スタッフのトレーニング、管理、評価
• シフトを作成し、スムーズな運営を確保する

カスタマーサービス

• 優れたサービスを提供し、顧客満足度を最大化する
• 顧客のクレームに効率的かつ正確に対応する

財務管理

• 運営コストを管理し、無駄を削減する
• 週次、月次、年次の収益と経費に関する詳細なレポートを作成

リーダーシップとコミュニケーション

• 割引やソーシャルメディア広告など、より広範囲にアプローチする方法を提案

Staff Management 

• Train, Supervisem and appraise staff
• Organize and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations

Customer Service

• Deliver super service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complains

Financial Management

• Control operational cost and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses

Leadership and Communication

- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience, such as discount and social media

Qualifications

• ルームサービスやホスピタリティ業界での経験
• リーダーシップと従業員のモチベーションスキル
• 財務管理の理解
• 問題解決能力
• 柔軟な勤務時間への意欲
• 中級レベル以上の英語力および日本語力
• 中級レベル以上のPCスキル（Word, Excel)

• Experience in the Room service or Hospitality industry
• Leadership and Employee motivation skills
• Understanding of Financial management 
• Problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Intermediate level of English and Japanese and above
• Intermediate level PC skills - Word & Excel
