• 顧客のクレームに効率的かつ正確に対応する

財務管理

• 運営コストを管理し、無駄を削減する
•  週次、月次、年次の収益と経費に関する詳細なレポートを作成
• リーダーシップとのコミュニケーション
• 割引やソーシャルメディア広告など、より広範囲でのアプローチ方法を提案

Staff Management

• Train, supervise, and appraise restaurant staffs
• Organize and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations

Customer Service

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complains

Financial Management 

• Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
• Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly, and annual revenues and expenses

Leadership and Communication 

• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience, such as discount and social media

• 中級レベル以上の英語力および日本語力
• 中級レベルのPCスキル（Word, Excel)

• Experience in the Restaurant of Hospitality Industry
• Leadership and employee motivation skills
• Understanding of financial management
• Problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Intermediate level of English and Japanese and above
• Intermediate level of PC skills - Word & Excel
