Duties and responsibilities related to the Restaurant Manager role:
- Lead and manage the operations of the All Day Dining Restaurant and outdoor terrace, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and presentation across Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Collaborating with the Food & Beverage Manager to develop innovative strategies aimed at maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent, utilizing innovative methods to ensure the team comprises skilled professionals dedicated to excellence.
- Champion guest satisfaction initiatives, delivering exceptional service through effective training and development of the team.
- Encourage creativity and innovation within the department, experimenting with new concepts and approaches to enhance the dining experience.
- Demonstrate passion for food and beverage, actively engaging with the team and sharing knowledge to inspire excellence.
