S&M-Senior Events Manager-Hyatt Regency Chongming

Summary

1.Together with your Event Planning Team, to be primarily responsible for planning and executing events after the Event Sales Team have received a signed contract and deposit from the client.

2.To follow the Hyatt Standards in relation to Events.

3.To deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional client service at all times 

4.Maintains a detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, features and services.

5.Conducts regular Market Surveys and Competitor Researches.

6.Assists with the preparation of the annual Marketing Business Plan, ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the Hotel and needs of associates.

7.Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Marketing Departmental Budget in close cooperation with the Assistant Director of Sales, ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

 

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in administrative management, marketing, and related fields;

2. Over 2 years of experience in hotel conference related work, with practical experience in coordinating large-scale conference events;

3. Have a good social resource and service provider system;

4. Strong social and business development skills, as well as strong public relations skills;

5. Possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;

6. Excellent writing, speaking, and reading abilities in both Chinese and English.
