Summary

Ensures that all Front Office associates deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.

Ensures Front Office associates provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.

§  协助问候和向贵宾和长住客人提供入住登记服务。

Assists in greeting and checking-in VIP and Long Stay guests.

§  确保所有前厅部员工知悉最新的促销信息,规章制度及其他重要信息。

Ensures that all Front Office associates are aware of current promotions, policies and other important information.

§  确保所有前厅部员工熟悉酒店的产品和服务。

Ensures that all Front Office associates are familiar with the hotel’s products and services.

§  协助推行客人认知计划并更新客史数据。

Assist to implement consistent guest recognition programmes and maintains a relevant guest history database.

§  礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。

Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.

§  经常性的亲自确认客人在入住和离店过程中得到尽善尽美的服务。

Personally and frequently verify that guests are receiving the best possible service during check-in and check-out.

§  确保前厅部各个面客区域有条不紊的运作并且实现酒店品牌的承诺。

Spends time in Front Office areas to ensure that the area is managed well by the respective team and deliver the brand promise.

§  支持大堂的营运,确保进入酒店的所有宾客都受到热烈欢迎。

Support the lobby operations and ensure warm welcome of all guests to the Hotel.

§  尽可能多待在前厅。前厅的定位取决于宾客的流动及商业层次。在离店高峰期(住客、餐饮宾客),应在前厅工作。如前台或礼宾部繁忙时,应在柜台外协助管理宾客排队等待。

Should be present in the lobby as much as possible.  The positioning in the lobby depends on the flow of guests and business levels.  During heavy departure periods (residents as well as F&B and function patrons, the position should be close to the front doors.  Should Reception or Concierge be busy, the position should be outside the counters and the queue building should be managed.

§  保证引导所有宾客到他们的目的地。

Ensure that guests are escorted to their desired location.

§  与行李部合作,保持大堂及酒店入口处没有行李堆积。

Assists in keeping the lobby as well as the Hotel entrance free of luggage by liasing with the Concierge team.

§  监控大堂和车道的清洁情况。

Monitors the cleanliness of lobby and driveway.

§  在履行大堂大使的职责时,监控大堂的人流量。

Oversees the flow of traffic in the lobby, while assuming the role of “lobby ambassador”.
