本科及以上学历，海外留学经历更佳；
掌握酒店经营管理一般知识，有酒店行业行政助理或同岗位经验为宜；
语言表达清晰、准确，具备良好的沟通能力；公文写作功底扎实，英语具备基础听说读写能力；
具备较强的执行力，有较好的组织、沟通、应变能力，可以独立完成领导交办的工作；
形象气质佳，举止大方得体，为人诚实可靠，具有亲和力；
有严密的逻辑思维能力和全面的分析判断能力，较强的统筹协调能力。
