任职要求 Qualifications：大专或以上学历，1 - 3年酒店或相关服务行业会议策划相关经验。根据业务规模和复杂性，所需的经验类型和水平可能略有不同.Degree or Diploma, and 1 – 3 years of relevant experience in meeting planning in Hospitality or a related service industry. Type and level of experience required may vary slightly based on size and complexity of operation

• 良好的沟通和谈判技巧 Good communication and negotiation skills
• 积极主动并按时完成任务和项目 Ability to take initiative, meet deadlines and commitments, and complete tasks and projects as required
• 较强的组织能力及维护电子和文件归档系统 Strong organisational skills required to maintain electronic and paper filing systems
• 保持高水平的政策和程序知识，并在适用时有效地与所有人员沟通 Maintain a high level of knowledge pertaining to policy and procedure and communicates knowledge effectively to all personnel when applicable.
• 展示清晰有效的口头和书面技能，以获取和传达信息给客户，技术人员，管理人员和团队成员，并生成报告 Demonstrates clear and effective verbal and written skills for the purpose of obtaining and conveying information to clients, technicians, management and team members as well as producing reports
