工作职责：

1.员工团队

·  指导日常财务行动，计划和分配工作，确保始终拥有人数适合的员工团队   

·  通过辅导和提供反馈培养团队并提高绩效，为员工制定绩效和发展目标，表彰表现优异的员工    

·  为员工提供培训，确保他们的服务符合相关规定和我们期望的标准，并拥有高效工作所需的工具 

· 需要时推荐或发起人力资源激励行动 

·  与重要的内外合作方保持紧密联系，包括业主、资产经理、宾客、监管机构和其他人（视需要）

2.财务方面 

·  准备酒店运营财务分析报表，包括对差异作出解释，提出建议等，以此确保酒店实现业务目标 

·  准备酒店和部门预算及财务预测和报表 

·  确保每月对所有会计账目进行对账，并监督贷款展期流程，催收过期账款 

·  审查酒店各项服务定价，向总经理推荐定价策略；参加销售策略会议 

·  管理应付账款，平衡现金流并维护酒店在供应商中的信誉 

3.宾客体验

· 帮助宾客——如果有宾客提出要求或发起投诉，您要乐意提供帮助  

· 确保所有宾客账单都准确无误

4.负责业务

·  确保财务控制程序和系统符合道德且遵守法律要求 

·  为各部门提供未来展望和预测信息，找出节约成本的空间 

·  尽量减少浪费，并减少进展缓慢的项目 

·  其他临时职责——需要全员出动完成任务的特殊时刻

任职资格：

1..会计和金融领域学士学位/高等教育资质/同等资质 

2.或3年酒店会计或内部审计工作经验，含一年管理职位经验

2.英语水平良好
