• Prepare and execute F & B sales activities.

• To be activity involved in the Hotels VIP loyalty card, data base collection.

    活动涉及酒店VIP贵宾卡及有利宾客数据库的收集

• Following the highest member coverage, total revenue generated.

    后续落实人数最多，覆盖面最广的活动及其产生的收益

• Tabulation of individual member usage by restaurant.  

    按照不同餐厅列表记录每个会员的消费情况

• Actively be involved in sales calls to key clients.

      积极拜访主要客户

• To possess a thorough knowledge of all Chinese menus, promotions and communications activities.

全面了解中餐厅菜单的内容，各种促销活动及与市场互动的相关信息

• To be well versed with products and concepts of the restaurant.

    熟悉餐厅的理念和产品

• Ensure that IHG and hotel specific brand standards and policies are correctly adhered to with regards to all Chinese restaurant sales activities.

确保IHG和酒店特定品牌的标准和政策符合所有中餐厅的销售活动

• Prepare, manage, monitor and analyze all promotional activities.

    策划、实施、监督和分析所有促销活动

• Constantly obtain feedback through research from guests and colleagues and use provided information as part of the monthly SWOT analysis to increase revenues and monitor effectiveness of all promotions.

• 通过不断的市场调研从客人和同事处获得反馈,利用获悉的信息作为每月SWOT的分析

• To maintain an updated competitor analysis and price variance report as outlined.

    保持并不断更新和分析市场竞争者的价格差异报告作为参考纲要

• To digest analytical and creative suggestions from the restaurant’s table management system and propose new avenues for revenue streams on a monthly basis.

    通过每月对餐厅的数据管理系统的分析，提出创造性意见和建议并提议新的创收渠道

• To prepare the Chinese restaurant promotional plan.

    策划中餐厅的促销计划

• To maintain a strong relationship with suppliers and to solicit sponsorship for events.

    与供应商保持稳固的关系并为各项活动拉赞助

• To supervise any promotion as assigned by his/ her superiors.

    监督上级指派的任何促销活动

• To implement a report-based analysis that will evaluate demographics, in-house vs. outside covers etc. on a monthly basis.

    落实每月人数统计分析报表，通过入住客人与外来散客的人数做评估

• To attend F&B divisional and departmental meetings as required.

    根据需要参加餐饮部会议及餐饮分部门会议

• To attend marketing meetings with F&B and Communication Department as required.

    根据需要参加餐饮部与传讯部的市场会议

• Ensures proper maintenance and updates of restaurant sales related files as follows:

    保持及更新所有餐厅销售报告的相关文档，具体如下：

- Collaterals and collateral request forms

文宣产品及文宣产品申请单

- Tracking of promotions as well as pre and post P&L assumptions

跟踪每项促销活动之前与之后的P&L报告与餐厅业绩相关的报表
