Key Accountabilities

• Regulatory compliance and corporate secretariat work for corporate governance and annual reporting purpose of IHG as listed company,
• Legal review and drafting of contracts, resolutions, and other terms and conditions;
• Necessary training design and assist for training material delivery; 
• Organize the regulatory requirement training and monitor the training completion ratio;   
• Analyze the regulatory compliance reporting data based on the check result and Identify the ongoing opportunities. Suggest corrective action to related functional leaders;
• Make the necessary escalations to leaders in evaluating and prioritizing risks, such as presenting the compliance status to the Governance Committee or Hotel compliance committee;
• Organizes and facilitates various meetings for business teams & Greater China Leadership Team and keeps tracking of minutes and results
• Under senior director’s guidance, to assist in ad-hoc legal assignments related to GC priorities, including growth, training etc.; 

Required Skills 

• Good time and priority management and organizational skills. Able to work under tight time pressures;
• Good stakeholder management skills with experience of working with management and decision makers; 
• Good team collaboration;
• Strong document drafting skills (attention to detail, analytical, solution focused);
• Strong presentation skills including ppt deck design;
• Adapts procedures, processes and techniques to accomplish strategic priorities whilst managing risk exposure.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor of Laws; 
• Admission to Law society in the PRC.

Experience 

• Preferably junior lawyer in law firm or 1~3 years working experience as a corporate counsel in MNCs. Talented graduates and post-graduates from reputable university will be considered;
• Experience of working in cross-functional project teams;
