• 负责餐厅的管理和运营，确保维持标准和最大利润化。
• 以客户需求为导向，指导和监督餐厅的服务质量以及菜品饮品的出品，确保高品质和一致性。
• 解决客人投诉，并在工作日志中记录所有投诉以便进一步跟进的工作。
• 监督部门工作程序手册中列出的各项规范的贯彻执行。
• 确保部门员工遵守所有财务流程和制度。
• 有效的进行部门会议，确保所有员工了解重要客人，特殊活动，每日特价，重点是推销某些产品等。 
• 监督服务设备的维护保养。
• 协助菜单和饮品单的设计工作。
• 与厨师和餐饮经理交流意见和客人的建议从而反应当前客人的情况。
• 和上级领导一起进行人力规划和管理需求。
• 和上级领导一起编制和管理部门预算。
• 特殊餐饮促销产品和活动的推进，管理和促销工作。
• 打造邻里空间的餐厅氛围，契合英迪格品牌的理念。
• 确保随时了解部门内发生的事情，并第一时间解决(如夜班，白班，周末和周一至周五班，间休，午餐时间和晚班)。
• 开餐期间与客人交谈，发现客人的喜好，同时建立友善的关系。
• 其他由上级分配的合理任务。
• 一专多能，能在其它岗位上同样发挥自己的特长。
• 遇见并满足客人需求，带领团队以自己的方式创造惊喜故事。
• 以自己的方式建造九寨英迪格独特的餐饮当红IP。
