What is the job?

We never get a second chance to make a first impression.  

As a guest service, you will be based in the first floor of the hotel and play a vital part in the smooth operation of the hotel by anticipating guests’ needs, providing assistance and effortlessly multi-tasking in various areas.

Your day to day

Responsibilities include valet services and general duties as a shuttle driver.

Provide assistance to guests around the hotel entrance area, offering guidance and support. 

Assist with the delivery of luggage.

What we need from you 

【Experience】

Candidates with experience in driving for shuttle services are preferred.
Preferential consideration for candidates with prior experience in valet services at hotels.
Previous employment in city hotels is advantageous.
Applicants must hold a valid regular driver's license.

【Language Skills】Candidates who can communicate in Japanese and English ( Chinese are preferred) 
【Desired Qualities】

Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse individuals.
Bright, well-groomed, and positive individuals are sought after.
Valuing teamwork, cooperation, and a cooperative attitude within the team.
Individuals with a spirit of challenge.
Those with a high degree of flexibility

・普通運転免許証保持者に限る
