As a Housekeeping Attendant at InterContinental Auckland, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our rooms and suites are always 'fresh and welcoming' for our guests. Your dedication will contribute to creating a haven for guests to escape, relax, or catch up on last-minute work after a busy day.

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities
• Attend to special guest requests and ensure prompt resolution
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to maintain a seamless and efficient workflow
• Uphold InterContinental's commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction

What we need from you

• Valid New Zealand working rights is a must
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, but not mandatory – we provide training!
• Attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management skills
• Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays
