Providing a friendly, welcoming and efficient service to all guests. Assist our guests with check-ins and check-outs
Undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests, to ensure a superb customer service experience
To assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner
To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, reservations, filling and switchbooard.
Administer the general cash system and float in an accurate manner
Coordinate with Housekeeping and Food and Beverage outlets when necessary

Su di te
Previous experience in a 4 star hotel in a similar role
Good knowledge of the English language and good communication skills

We are operating in the island of Karpathos in southern Greece, with more than 20 years in the hospitality industry we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team for the upcoming summer season 2024 (May to October)
