Description
- The service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members.
- A high quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.
- The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- To work independently as a shift-leader while coordinating the shift and guiding the staff.
- To supervise effectiveness & efficiency of workflow during service periods while providing constant hands-on support.
- To supervise closely and monitor the cashiering function of the outlet to ensure compliance with Kempinski Cashiering Procedures.
- To demonstrate a positive attitude and flexibility to work in different areas of the F&B operation as required by the business levels and as assigned.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Fluent English writing and dialogue
- Familiar with office software
- Passionate and enthusiastic about the service industry
