About the role

 

Acts as the single on-property point of contact of the Sales & Marketing department while the resort is in operation and provides support to all Sales & Marketing activities and on-site requirements and all aspects of in-resort communications, ranging from content creation, brand collateral, PR & media trips, sales visits, events and general sales support. Responsible for providing full administrative support to the Sales & Marketing departments. An energetic and professional individual that will ensure the smooth operation of the Sales & Marketing teams. This is a full-time role that is based on-site in Kéa when the resort is operational during the season, and in Athens office when it's not in operation during off-season.

 

Key Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Ongoing content updates, regular monitoring and reporting of collaterals and other in-resort communication execution to ensure everything is in place and according to brand standards
  • Support and facilitate content productions (photographers, videographers, and digital content creators)
  • Conduct site tours & inspections as and when required
  • Manage, coordinate itinerary and host or provide support to media/PR, influencer visits & FAM trips
  • Social Media community management through liaising with other departments as required
  • Manage, coordinate and host in-resort events along with the Hotel Operations team
  • Maintain up to date CRM system (Salesforce) and influencer tool (Campaygn)
  • Act as the liaison between Sales & Marketing and Operations teams, as the single on-site point of contact of the S&M department at the resort
  • Assist in administrative organization of the Sales & Marketing department (maintain and update contact lists, content libraries, press material, contracts, market research and more)
  • Coordinate the creation of gifts & giveaways and distribution as required
  • Ongoing budget monitoring and reporting
  • Support the delivery of reports & presentations
  • Follow up on queries, deadlines, requests, and special functions on projects assigned by the Director of Sales and Director of Marketing


 

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master's degree will be considered an asset)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing/Communications in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent command of English
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, comfortable, confident and enthusiastic when working with tight deadlines
  • Must be a strong self-starter as well as an effective team player
  • Creative thinking, organizational and problem-solving skills
