• Outstanding guest relations skills
• Advanced level English skills
• Great interpersonal skills. Waiters must always have the support of the collaborators and gain the confidence trust and respect for customers
• Great organizational skills. Can effectively organize and follow table allocations, server assignment, and incident management
• Mantain a professional attitude both on and off the floor with all departments
• Can work under pressure
• Highest Standards of Grooming
