Your Day to Day

As a Specialty Chef, you will be supporting the day to day operation in our Peruvian specialty restaurant whilst striving to achieve the highest possible level of guest satisfaction. You will ensure that the concept of the restaurant is followed at all times and that the food culture is in line with the restaurant and hotel standards.

 

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel/resort or restaurants
• Sound knowledge and experience in Latin American cuisine
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexibility in shifts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multitask
