Rental Manager Assistant - Ibiza

Reporting to the Rental Manager, the Rental Manager Assistant will be responsible for managing properties in a given destination, ensuring an exceptional experience for Collectionist customers.
He/she will ensure that each guest is welcomed into a property whose personalization, level of comfort, facilities and quality of house staff systematically exceed their expectations, wherever it is located in the world, while ensuring that their stay runs smoothly. He embodies the concrete image of Le Collectionist, ensuring that every service booked by the concierges is meticulously executed.
Objectives:
- Inspect rigorously every house before the season, let the owners know about adjustments that needs to be made prior to first arrivals, communicate with Collection Manager to follow up on execution and updating internal information
- Inspect each property prior to arrival and personalize the arrival to meet different customer requirements
- Greet each guest in accordance with Le Collectionist brand standards and walk them through the entire property
- Report and troubleshoot issues encountered by your clients with the support of the Stay Manager and Team Leads
- Respond to guests' various requests during their stay
- Act as a team with the concierges, offering / upselling services while on site and ensuring that all services booked by concierges are carried out with the utmost care and attention to detail
- Ensure that check-out is carried out smoothly and that the property is returned in good condition
- Carefully document any damage observed at the guests' check out
Profile:
- Ideally be a student or graduate of a hotel management school
- An interest in, or sensitivity to, the luxury and hospitality sector
- Valid driving license and vehicle
- Good experience on similar assignments
- Very good knowledge of the destination and its ecosystem
- Bilingual in English and in the language of the area in which you will be working; a third language is a plus
- Organized, rigorous and meticulous profile
- Demonstrate a high degree of autonomy
- Customer-oriented, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- 700€/mois
- Restaurant tickets up to 8 €
