Our first boutique hotel, Made in Louise (1st on Tripadvisor), is more than just a place to stay; it's an unforgettable experience. We're on the hunt for a receptionist Intern who's as adventurous as us and can make our guests feel like they’re home.
We are opening another hotel, Made in Catherine, in the city centre of Brussels, in May 2024. It would be really great if you could be part of that project! Great challenges ahead!
As our receptionist, you'll be the face of our boutique hotel. Get ready to greet guests with a warm welcome, a dash of humour, and a bucketload of charm. Your mission? To turn each check-in into a memorable performance and ensure our guests leave with smiles as big as their suitcases.
This position would be composed of the front office, participating in breakfast shifts at Made in Louise and Made in Catherine.

Master of First Impressions: Be the guardian of our hotel, welcoming guests with your signature in a personalised way.
Guest Delight Guru: Anticipate guest needs before they even ask, and make their stay unforgettable with personalised touches and recommendations.
Concierge Extraordinaire: Act as a local guidebook and destination ambassador, offering tips and secrets about the best places to eat, explore, and dance the night away.
Problem-Solving Prodigy: Handle guest concerns with grace, turning frowns into laughs and complaints into compliments.
Home away from home: Treating the hotel like your home
Magic Organizer: Manage reservations, keep our lobby spick and span, and perform check-out wizardry with ease.
Made in Breakfast: you would be responsible for one day per week of breakfast, you would: Preparing the buffet
Welcoming guests, ensure they have an enjoyable moment
Master of service: on duty at Made in Catherine, you will help at the service.

L'azienda
The Made in Louise is a 48-room charming boutique hotel in the heart of Brussels. Deeply rooted in the local life, Made in Louise nourishes its dynamism by combining innovation and authenticity, and by collaborating with inspiring and talented partners. We wish to preserve our concept and the authenticity and coziness of the unique Belgian style of gracious living.
This is the first of what we intend to be several hotels in the Made in Louise concept, so we are going all out to make this a truly memorable flag-ship accommodation. We have taken over another hotel in the center of Brussels which will open at the end of 2023.
