- To supervise and support Casual Stewards in carrying out their duties.
领导帮助临时管事员执行工作职责。
- Assists Shift Leader in conducting training for casual steward.
协助管事部主管为临时管事员培训。
- Assist Shift Leader in conducting inventories and handing breakage.
协助管事部主管对破损餐具列出清单。
- Carryout routine maintenance operations as directed by Chief Steward or Shift Leader.
根据管事部经理及主管要求进行设备维修。
- Follow all hotel and corporate regulations and guidelines as per the Associate Handbook.
根据《员工手册》规定遵守酒店的运作准则及指导路线。
- Cooperate with all colleagues and staff from other departments and be a team player.
同其他部门的同事及员工保持良好的团队精神。

- Follow instructions from shift leader and section chef. Follow safety and security standards and procedures.

- Keep always working areas and access to clean and tidy.
随时保证工作区域干净,整洁。
- Remove garbage and place in collection area. Use chemicals according to specification, safety and effectively. Use tools and equipment safely and effectively.
