Night Manager

• JOB DESCRIPTION
  As a Receptionist you will play a key role in creating a first impression for our guests. Your professionalism, presentation and communication skills will be key to this position.
  The main focus of your job will be:
  Ensuring a flawless late check-in/check-out process for guests.
  monitor hotel security and carry out necessary checks
  Monitor the condition of the rooms in order to deal effectively with guest requests
  Process nightly audits in HMS Infor and Micros systems and ensure accuracy of all information for accounting purposes
  handling incoming telephone calls
  administration related to the operation of the reception desk
  Independence and proactive approach
• WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
  Experience in a similar role in a hotel environment
  very good knowledge of English at a communicative level; other language skills are an advantage
  professionalism and pleasant demeanour
  great attention to detail and a desire to exceed guest expectations
  computer skills (MS Office)
  willingness and flexibility to work at night
