Regional Finance Process Manager

Summary 

• Adopt responsibility to drive standardization, documentation and improvement of all assigned processes across hotels and service contributors. 
• Process improvement identification 
• Assist the development of standard processes and identification of gaps and remediation plan where certain activities are not consistent
• Escalation point for Director of Finance during transition
• Improve operating processes through processes review in finance/accounting, purchasing and including payroll. 
• this position requires international travel

• English fluency (written and spoken) is a must-have.  

General requirement 

• Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant field 
• At least 10 years experience, of which 5 years experiences in the leadership roles of hospitality industry, preferably in the role of Assistant Director of Finance or Director of Finance
• Expert knowledge of hotel operating procedures and systems including hotel finance systems, procurement system, property management system and POS system
• Being a "change agent", team player, trusted business partner, problem solver with result-oriented mindset
• Proficient in MS office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint 
• Technology Savvy with ease to grasp new systems  
• Experience with Sun knowledge is a plus
• Prior experience in Shared service model a strong plus
