YOUR DUTIES

• runs all shifts smoothly and calmlyraises ideas and innovations
• ensures minimum kitchen wastage & breakages
• develops and records skills and recipes
• enforces health, safety & security standards
• ensures stock is controlled and rotated
• prepares relevant mise en place
• supports change, colleague development and quality
• performs required administration tasks for the department

YOUR PROFILE:

• More than 4 years professional experience in hotel industry
• Very high sense of responsibility and quality
• Plan, coordinate and supervise all menu planning and implementation
• Ensure food standards and presentation are maintained and always improved
• Assist the Purchasing Department with the purchase of all food items and kitchen equipment
• Organize food production in a cost effective and hygienic manner
• Adhere and implement our FLHSSE and HACCP guidelines
• Attention to detail and a high degree of autonomy
• Very good German and English skills
