Position Summary:
* Assist with the bar service period, tending bar and serving food to guests exceeding their expectations
* Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks and tailored beverages to guests, fueling their curiosity and inspiring brilliance
* Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
* Engage and inspire our guests throughout the complete beverage experience
* Support the bar team in general operational tasks with the belief that any challenge requires a unique solution
* Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers, anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
About You:
* An up-to-date RSA
* Relevant experience in a similar role
* Working rights in Australia
* Enthusiastic to escalate your career
* Self-motivated, driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
