Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Hotel Sora S.A de C.V. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

 

The Food and Beverage Manager (F&B Manager) is responsible for the overall management of the food and beverage department, in this case the hotel restaurant and the banquets held there. Their responsibilities include overseeing the kitchen, managing menus, controlling costs, managing staff (waiters and kitchen staff), planning and executing special events, and ensuring quality service to guests.

* Prepare F&B budgets

* Coordinate special events

* Ensure customer satisfaction

* Take inventory

* Oversee operations

* Deal with suppliers

* Ensure compliance with regulations and standards

* Conduct reports and analyses

 

Must have completed F&B courses

Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in the position

Intermediate English

Experience with the Marriott brand (desirable)

Schedule availability

 

Payment starts at $18,000 Mexican pesos less taxes
