Job Summary:
We are seeking a Receptionist to provide a professional and welcoming service to our guests, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and provide a professional and friendly service;
• Perform check-in and check-out procedures;
• Attend to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints;
• Provide information about hotel services and facilities;
• Follow Front Office procedures and service standards.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in hotel reception or a similar role;
• Good command of English;
• Excellent communication and customer service skills;
• Professional attitude, organization, and attention to detail;
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure;
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
