Job Description
Anantara New York Palace Budapest Hotel***** is looking for a
Director of Commercial
Tasks:
- Lead and motivate Sales Team
- Take part of the Budgeting process
- Take part on Yield and Forecast meeting
- Prepare Sales strategy and tactical actions
- Find new customers, developing and nurturing the good relationship
- Monitoring of the standards of tenders and competitors’
- Monitors all day to day activities of direct reports
- Attend International Fairs and Exhibitions
- Knowledge of DMC’s, Venue Finder’s and PCO’s on local and international market
- Continuous contact with the Headquarter and LHW
Qualifications
Expectations:
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent and confident Hungarian and English knowledge, other language is a plus
- Outstanding business knowledge and network
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- 3-4 years of experience in 5* hotel
- Independent, precise, demanding and organized work
- All the necessary work- and residency permission to work in Hungary
